Required Information

Review and Removal

Counter-Notification
If content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, affected parties may send a counter-notification with their contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to appropriate jurisdiction where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.
